Can I change to Elohrah Care Services from another provider?

Every participant is unique, which is why we take the time to understand your goals, preferences, culture, lifestyle and support needs before developing supports that are tailored specifically to you.
Can my family or support coordinator be involved?
Yes.
We value collaborative partnerships and are happy to work closely with your family, carers, guardians, support coordinator, allied health professionals and broader support network, where appropriate and with your consent.

What makes Elohrah Care Services different?
At Elohrah Care Services, we believe quality support is built on genuine relationships.
Our approach combines person-centred care, trauma-informed practice, cultural awareness, professionalism and Christian values to provide supports that are compassionate, respectful and focused on building long-term independence—not simply completing daily tasks.
Are your services culturally inclusive?
Yes.
As a provider founded on inclusion and respect, we understand the importance of cultural diversity and delivering supports that recognise each participant's background, beliefs, language and personal preferences.
Do you provide Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
Yes.
We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports designed to help participants live as independently as possible while receiving the assistance they require in a safe, supportive and empowering environment.
Can you help me become more independent rather than relying on support?
Absolutely.
One of our primary goals is to build each participant's confidence, skills and independence wherever possible. We work alongside participants to develop practical life skills that promote greater choice, control and long-term wellbeing.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple.
Contact us by phone or email and we'll arrange an initial conversation to understand your goals, answer your questions and discuss how our services may support your NDIS journey.
